Operations & Coordination · Barcelona
I'm an organised generalist: fifteen years across language education, content quality, project coordination, and community organising, always in collaborative, cross-cultural environments. I work independently to a high standard and I'm motivated by work that has a real purpose.
Building a career around doing the most good.

A marketplace with no money in it: families pass on outgrown kids' gear, earn credits, and spend them on what they need next. Live in Barcelona on iOS and Android. I look after operations, community, and marketplace quality in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
I'm part of the Effective Altruism community and volunteer as a social events and coworking organiser. I also co-organise fundraiser film screenings from the ground up, and coordinate workshops for Esperança, a homeless charity in Barcelona.
Teaching English in Spain and the UK with consistently high Cambridge pass rates, translating and proofreading from Spanish and French, and running staff and logistics for Samsung's national retail campaigns.
If you need someone to run operations, coordinate people, and keep projects on track, that's what I do. I'd especially love to hear from nonprofits, research organisations, and other high-impact teams.
